Our second pediatrician visit today. He had another bilirubin test drawn. The boys hate watching him get it done. They said our pediatrician was a horrible doctor. I tried telling him that it's an important test that he needs, but for some reason they don't buy that. He is still very orange so she said her number was 15. If it was 15 he was going to be going back to the hospital. Thankfully, his level actually went down slightly (yesterday it was 13.9). So we don't have to go back. Yay!
After we went to the pediatrician's office, we went to eat lunch. I started getting really overwhelmed and unfortunately, on the way home I just really broke down. When we got home I laid down with the baby and just held him and cried. I will admit, I did not have very good feelings. I am having a very hard time. It just so happened that I got a phone call from a woman from the psych department following up with me. I guess it came at just the right time. It helps to talk to someone. But it hurts because I feel like a crazy person.
