The realization of this being Elijah's LAST month before starting school has set in. We've been trying to do a lot of things with him before he's a big shot kindergartener.
We've also been shopping for school uniforms as well. I'm a sucker for sale price so I have been trying to find shoes, shirts, shorts, and pants on clearance. Of course uniforms are rarely on sale, but I have found khaki and blue pants. The best deals I've gotten so far have been at Crazy 8. $90 worth of stuff for $26 with tax! And all needed things! Here the boys are posing at the dog bench in Old Navy.
We've found a new "cool" place to go visit. A splash pad! Unfortunately there is none close by, but this one is about 35 minutes away, is free, and can easily be visited after going to the mall or before going to Costco.
They sure had fun!
Of course Lego's are still big here. Elijah used a gift card that he had to buy a Star Wars Lego set. Star Wars is also big.
He has so much fun...his little brothers want a piece of the action too.
The Aquarium has a special on Tuesdays. $10 for Mommy and me. $5 each additional kid...unless they are 2 and under. Then they are free! So for $10 I was able to take them. We had never been before but had heard that it wasn't much. It wasn't. But for $10 it gave us some entertainment. Noah now keeps asking to go see the fishies.
After going through the aquarium the boys ran off some energy in the play area.
We have been going to the movies every Wednesday for their summer movie program. We've seen Mirror, Mirror, The Lorax, Ice Age 4, and The Guardians. It's been fun. The boys have really grown up and sit through the entire movie. Hopefully this weekend I can take Jonah to see Monsters University as a prize for always going on the potty! Yeah for no more pull ups!
