Another Viewing of Our Babies!

First of all, Elijah is doing much better..thankfully! He has passed a cold to me but it's okay, I can deal with it.

Today I had a busy day. Doctor appointment, ultrasound, work. The Dr. appointment went well. We heard BOTH heartbeats and they sounded good! Then I headed to get my ultrasound. Again everything looks great. I wish I had more than just the little pictures they give you. I will try to scan it and see if I can post them somehow. Baby A was shy but Baby B was showing off and kicking and waving. They are 5.1 and 5.2 cms now. Wow. They're growing! Another US in a month. We'll see a lot more then.

Pictures are of Elijah being a grumpy sourpuss when we made blonde brownies for GaGa's birthday. He did enjoy licking the batter though. If you can't tell he got it EVERYWHERE! The other picture is of him watering our plants. Don't mind the weeds in the background. We've had so much rain that we have grass now. We broke down and paid someone to spray for us. Hopefully that will keep us from having to pay a fine. Anyway. The final picture is a self photo of me at 11 weeks. As you can see I am most definitely showing. I am however pacified at the fact that though I am much bigger than I was with Elijah at this time at least I have TWO babies to show for it. I have only gained a pound through the first trimester but I have felt so sick I'm sure I will catch up once all the "night" sickness goes away. I am starting to get hungrier and wake up in the middle of the night and have to eat a granola bar or something and a big glass of water (which doesn't help with the getting up for other reasons in the middle of the night).

Well, I gotta go. Time to start work!
