Ok, probably not the greatest quality video but here's a video of my sweet little boys playing with their bear and Jonah my little singer. So incredibly cute :)

Beary Happy Boys

To make up for all the times I didn't have pictures, I have a ton today.

 First of all a big thank you to Gilbert, a coworker of Jake's. He gave the boys this extra big, extra special bear named Barry...and they LOVE it. Especially Jonah. I think he just loves anything squishy.

If you ask them they will go hug him and give him a kiss. WAY CUTE!

So I've realized we now have our hands full with these boys. They get into EVERYTHING. So much more than Elijah. Sometimes it's a lone boy...sometimes it's two...I've decided anything one can do two can do better.

We can't be responsible for anything bad...we're adorable.

Here Noah decided Jonah's crib must be better so he was trying to climb in. I am just waiting for the day that they climb OUT. I'm sure it's coming soon.

This mischief was purely Noah's doing. He's a little more impish...considering he SCREAMS at the top of his lungs to get out of his "cage" and walk around. Of course once Elijah found out that there was marshmallows on the floor he had to get in on it too.

Story Hour at the Library

We have been going to story hour at the library for awhile now. It has been good because it is getting Elijah used to kids his own age other than the same friends from church. At first it was a struggle getting him to sit down and listen to the stories and also interact with the teacher when she sang songs or played games. It has been going much more smoothly. The little boys like it too as there are kids their age as well. This week story time was geared for Halloween and rather than skipping it, I found some cheap (like $2.00 cheap) costumes from savers and dressed the boys up to have a little fun. They read a story then went around the library and senior center and got some candy, cupcakes, cookies, and balloons. They had a lot of fun. To tell you the truth, I think those at the senior center got a kick out of them. Especially our friendly lion, Jonah. He's just a ham when it comes to smiling for people. Noah, well, he just sticks his thumb in his mouth. Elijah, as outgoing as he is to those he knows, is actually shy around other so can come of as a little rude. We are working on this.

And of course, the whole clan having fun. I will never get a picture of all three looking at the camera AND smiling. I've given up. It's ok. I think the picture shows how they feel though.

Overall, it was a good day. Now for naps for all (me included), making dinner, and (sigh) work..blah.

Oh...and as a side note. To the person in Gilbert selling the IKEA slide that Jake and I had wanted to buy but thought $150 was a little steep despite the squeal of delight that it gave to my boys to slide down: I think it's rotten that I replied to your ad selling it for $60 and didn't hear anything and when I looked back on craigslist to see if it had sold found it reposted for $80. Really. Maybe I'm mean but I hope you don't sell it for your $80 price tag. You disappointed me greatly. Don't you know it's only right to LOWER the price and not raise it? Especially when you have someone interested in it. Shame on you! You could have AT LEAST replied to my email and said you needed to raise the price for whatever your reason was. Now I wouldn't even think of paying $80 because of the principle of the matter.
R-O-T-T-E-N!

Some Belated Birthday Pictures

I won't bore with too many words since it's so late that I am posting this but maybe you can still enjoy looking at my cuties and just imagine what happened on the day that they turned 1.

As a little side note, we bought two hamsters for Elijah the day before the boys' birthday. Hoppy and Little Dude. Little Dud unfortunately is a biter. Hoppy..well...he hops. 

Ok. Not the greatest cake. But I tried. I would love to take a cake decorating class. Oh well. Maybe one day.

I DID IT!

I FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO POST PICTURES FROM MY PHONE!!!!! WOOOHOOO!

Kinda funny since we just bought a little refurbished mini computer (it's literally being set up now). I don't know if it's because I swapped phones and got Jake's old Droid X (until my upgrade is permitted at least) and that's why I can do it now, but it doesn't matter...I can post my phone pictures. They're not as great as regular camera pictures but they will do.

So, this is Noah giving me the "I just did something cute and you entirely missed it by the time you got your camera out" face. He had been sticking out his tongue at me and then grinning. Stinker butt.

This is Jonah's cheesy face. You can't tell from the quality of picture but he has a conductor hat on. Way cute.

Life has been busy at our house. It's full of little feet and little sleep. We got a walker. Noah is walking all over. He looks like a little monkey toddling around. He thinks he has rights to the whole house now. Boy does he have that wrong! Poor little guy is not too overly stable though and has gotten 3 bloody noses and a fat lip in the past four days. Boo.

Jonah is not walking but has started standing and has taken a few steps. He is also daring. The crazy goose has started going up the step stools in the house...and has even started standing on his toys...with NO hands. The kid just started standing on his own and he's going to stand on his toys? Crazy if you ask me.

Elijah is too sweet to me. The other day he told me I was his beautiful princess. The next day he told me he didn't want me to be his beautiful princess because he needed me to be his mommy. I just wanna squeeze him.
